Shipping Policies

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within [1-2 business days] (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs clearance.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automatic email with a tracking number and link to the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We [do / do not] ship to PO Box addresses.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [7 days] of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend using a secure shipping address or requiring a signature upon delivery.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, you may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are your sole responsibility.
