To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn and unused
• Original tags must be attached
• Items must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

We offer exchanges for other items only. Refunds are not available.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or customized items
• Intimate apparel and health-related items
• Perishable goods

5. Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping only for defective or damaged items. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
