FAQ – Wander Nut Butters

What are your shipping options?

Ontario/Quebec: Flat rate $10 and $5 shipping on orders over $20.

Rest of Canada: Flat rate $15 and $10 shipping on orders over $40.

Orders are primarily shipped via Canada Post - orders within the GTA may be shipped via courier or delivered by the founder.

When will my order be shipped?

Wander orders are shipped twice weekly on Monday and Thursday.

Orders placed between Sunday after noon and Wednesday morning will ship on Thursday.

Orders placed between Wednesday after noon and Sunday morning will ship on Monday.

What are your pick-up hours?

Please contact us to arrange pick ups.

How do I make a return?

Food products cannot be processed for return. If your product arrived damaged, please email info@tastewander.com.

How can I use Wander?

Use Wander anywhere you use unflavoured nut butters. Try it on toast, in your favourite cookie recipe, or stir it into a soup. How should I store my nut butters?

Store your nut butters in a cupboard or other cool, dark place. Product will naturally separate. Stir to recombine. Try storing it upside down to make for an easier mixing experience!

What's the shelf life?

Best before date is indicated on the bottom of the jar. The shelf life is 6 months.

Are there any added sugars or oils?

No! Our nut butters are made using only nuts, spices and salt.

Are your products made locally? Are your ingredients locally sourced?

Our nut butters are made in small batches locally in Toronto, Ontario. While our ingredient suppliers are Canadian companies, the ingredients themselves are not grown locally.

Yes! We are available at:
