Thai Marinade

This marinade is great on any meat and pairs great with our satay dipping sauce.  This recipe is good for two pounds of chicken or turkey


  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp Thai peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 lbs chicken or turkey, cut into thin slices
  • bamboo skewers


  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, add your meat and allow to marinate for at least an hour to overnight.  
  2. Thread meat onto skewers and cook under broiler on high for 4 minutes, turn and cook for another 4 hours.
