Satay Dipping Sauce

  • 3 Tbsp Thai peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2-3 tablespoons warm water
  • sriracha or sambal oelek (optional)


  1. Whisk together all ingredients except water.  Add water one tablespoon at a time to thin to your desired consistency and sriracha or sambal oelek to taste.  Use as a dip for meat or vegetables.
