- 3 Tbsp Thai peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2-3 tablespoons warm water
- sriracha or sambal oelek (optional)
- Whisk together all ingredients except water. Add water one tablespoon at a time to thin to your desired consistency and sriracha or sambal oelek to taste. Use as a dip for meat or vegetables.
